Our Story
Via was founded by Alex, a product designer with ADHD, who spent years struggling with planning and organisation. He tried every productivity app and system available, but nothing worked, life kept changing, but the plans didn’t.
Alex created a simple system to prioritise his tasks, and it transformed his productivity. To take the idea further, he teamed up with automation experts from the logistics industry, specialists in building systems that handle complexity and constant change.
Together, they designed Via, a productivity app for others to save time organising their day, always know where to start, and adapt instantly when life, energy, or circumstances change.
