1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Via (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Daton Software Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Via solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Via and all related materials (including software, interfaces, graphics, trademarks, and documentation) are the exclusive property of Daton Software Limited or its licensors.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to: Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App except as expressly permitted.Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Circumvent security features or licensing systems.Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.Rent, lease, or resell the App or access to it.
5. User Data
Via may store or process user data to provide features such as synchronization and scheduling.
Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR.
6. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Daton Software Limited may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
7. Updates
Daton Software Limited may provide updates, patches, or new versions of Via. Such updates may be installed automatically or require manual action, and may be subject to additional terms.
8. Subscription and Payments
If certain features of Via are offered under a paid plan, your subscription is subject to the terms, pricing, and renewal conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or the Via website and are subject to their respective terms.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App and ceasing use. Daton Software Limited may terminate this Agreement at any time for breach or misuse. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Via is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Daton Software Limited does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daton Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Via, including data loss or business interruption.
12. Third-Party Services
Via may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Apple, or calendar providers). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Daton Software Limited regarding Via and supersedes any prior agreements relating to its subject matter.
