Compliant with Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. Our application does not use Google user data for any purpose beyond providing or improving the features explicitly visible and requested by the user.

Scope of Google API Data Use

Our application accesses Google Workspace APIs solely to provide the core functionality of the service as described to users at the time of authorization. Data obtained through these APIs is used exclusively to:

• Deliver the features or services the user has requested within our application

• Improve the user-facing features of our application in ways that are clear to the user

• Comply with applicable law or legal process

Restrictions on Data Use

We strictly do not:

• Use Google user data to serve advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads

• Sell Google user data to any third party

• Transfer or share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with prior user consent

• Use Google user data to build user profiles or datasets beyond what is necessary for the core service

• Allow humans to read user data unless the user has given explicit permission, or it is necessary for security/legal compliance

Security & Data Handling

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect all data received from Google APIs against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to such data is restricted to personnel who require it to provide or maintain the service.

Any data obtained through Google APIs is treated as sensitive and is not retained for longer than necessary to fulfil the user's request, unless the user explicitly requests persistent storage.
