Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Add-ons and one-time feature purchases after the initial 14-day window has expired.

  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

  • Partial billing periods We do not prorate or refund unused time remaining in a billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  2. Include your order/transaction ID and the email address associated with your account.

  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional, but helpful).


Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Cancellation simply prevents future charges, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. To receive a refund, you must submit an explicit refund request as described above.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis outside the standard policy window. We may grant exceptions at our sole discretion for situations such as:

  • Documented technical issues that prevented access to the product.

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.

  • Extenuating personal circumstances.
